Sasha Bartashevich

Singer, vocalist of Sex of Insects, and certified voice therapist. In her Ambient Therapy sessions, she combines breath, movement, and vocal sound to create a space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and inner harmony. Currently living in Mexico, she offers individual and group practices, sharing her voice, light, and musical atmosphere with those ready to listen and feel.

Ilya Zhuravlev

Inner-state engineer, creator of restorative programs and retreats, sound therapist and master of the «Leela» transformative game. Through vibration, imagery and movement he guides people back to themselves, helping them find inner support, activate hidden resources and gently reset.

Anastas & Tamara

A tea ritual by Anastasia & Tamara a pause within movement. The taste of tea brings us back to ourselves, and from this inner stillness we open to others. A moment of presence and honest exchange, where the ritual becomes a doorway to real connection.

PART 2: dance, meditation, raising new energy
After the break with food and a tea ceremony, we continue with art therapy and the creation of personal vision boards. In the final part, we return to the body through soft collective movement, a few tracks of shared dance and a free, joyful closing. The journey lands in deep relaxation with sound – a space to integrate everything that has unfolded.

Arrival and preparation for practice
We start all together in a shared circle to arrive, connect and feel where everyone is today. Through guided movement, conscious breathing and vocal practices, we gradually open the body and voice, tuning into our inner state and into each other.

12:00 - 14:30

PART 1: movement, breath, old energy release
In the first part, you will be gently led into practice with short meditation, conscious breathing and embodied sound. Then we’ll explore partner work: synchronising in movement, sounding for one another, listening, meeting through touch, breath and eye contact. We close this part with a shared sound – an expression of how everyone feels in the moment.
